Tannenbaum by the River Amenities

Tannenbaum by the River condominiums was constructed in the 1970s. It is made of two buildings that are connected. The first building was built with the river in mind, sitting right on the banks with private balconies that overlook the water. The second building sits on the road, but offers amazing views and expansive windows on the back. There is an elevated walkway that connects the two, providing access to the water for both buildings and underground parking. Tannenbaum by the River has no homeowner's association and in the spring of 2012, the building saw an exterior remodel.

The trail system outside your front door leads your over the river to the ski lifts, to downtown Breckenridge, or deeper into the national forest. Nearby, enjoy the conveniently located free town bus stop. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish on the Blue River and catch some beautiful Brook trout, augmented by a small stocking program in Blue River. Across the street, enjoy the Columbine community pool, which provides access to the complexes on Columbine Road.
