Andrew is a consistent top selling partner at Breckenridge Associates, with a Gross Dollar Volume of over 374 million dollars in sales since the beginning of the recession at the end of 2007.  He sold over 50 million dollars for 2020 and made the Real Trends Top 1000 Agents for a number of years and is consistently in the top 1% of Realtors in the United States.

Andrew relocated to Breckenridge in 1984 and became a ski bum!  He was President of Stewart Title of Summit County through 1993 before deciding to move into a full-time career marketing and selling real estate. With a strong knowledge of the real estate industry already, it was a logical transition and has proven to be successful over the years. He has been awarded Realtor Of The Year three times, in 1999, 2002 and 2014 by the Summit Association of Realtors.

Active in the real estate community, Andrew has taken on many industry-related roles, both broadening and contributing his knowledge and resources. He was elected as the Breckenridge Director for the Summit Association of Realtors 1999, was President of the Summit Association of Realtors for 2002 and Mountain District Vice President of the Colorado Association of Realtors in 2005.  Andrew was serving again as President/Chairman of the Summit Association of Realtors 2014 and on the Advisory Board for Corelogic, the largest MLS vendor in North America.

“For successful strategies in the marketing and sale of real estate in an ever changing environment of media, commerce and technology requires direct, assertive and repetitive involvement, not ignoring traditional marketing methods. Many brokers put all their efforts into one strategy, but things always change. Our market in Breckenridge and Summit County is very different indeed to a primary residence market. Good communication infrastructure to the Sellers of these efforts is a priority, with negotiating a successful closing the end goal.
