<h3>Why Join?</h3>
This site is licensed and monitored by the Summit Association of Realtors MLS to display 100% of  listings (many of the national sites do not).  Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. are great for looking at properties across the nation but they are very generic it what you can search for.  With my site you can filter and search by fields unique to Breckenridge and Summit County, ski-in ski-out, walk to lifts, backs to National Forest, mountain views, pets allowed Y/N, on bus route, etc.

Unlike some of the larger national sites, I do not sell your data to anyone.  No mortgage companies, moving companies, etc. are going to be sold you data.  It is just Andrew Biggin, Partner at Breckenridge Associates here trying to help you complete more advanced searches and hopefully bring some value.

To create those custom searches and save listings you like, the site needs to link those listing to you, that is why it asks for some basic contact information.
