Park Place Amenities

Getting to the ski area is very convenient with the free bus stop at the bottom of the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Park Place is managed by Resort Quest, which offers a free on-call shuttle service. They also provide a 24 hour front desk/concierge service and daily housekeeping. Having the prime location and a great management company makes the Park Place condo units a great short-term rental option.

The residents at Park Place as have access to the Upper Village Pool which was recently updated in 2009. A partially indoor pool, it features changing rooms, and is enclosed by a privacy fence.

Breckenridge Open Space is only a block to the north and allows access to the Pence Miller trail that brings you to Shock Hill, the Nordic Center, and the Cucumber Patch Wildlife Preserve.

Built in the 70's, Park Place just finished an exterior remodel of all five buildings. The buildings have stone chimneys and are decorated with linear details. Each building is only three stories high. The units all have a balcony and an assigned parking place.
