The last vacant lot in the prestigious Shock Hill neighborhood just sold! Earlier this week, ROCA Holdings, a local developer, purchased the 6.67 acre parcel of land, overlooking Cucumber Patch. The prime piece of real estate, located at the Shock Hill gondola mid-station, sold for $10.25 million, making it one of the largest land transactions in Breckenridge. The Shock Hill neighborhood is one of Breckenridge’s most sought after neighborhoods.Â
The property had been listed since 2013, after the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts lost the property.
