The first quarter of 2015 has come and gone and the numbers are continuing to show a stable market. The Breckenridge residential market saw 114 sales, year-to-date, compared to 115 for the same period as last year. The Summit County residential market experienced a 8.5 percent gain this year compared to last.  One of the most positive signs that summer should continue it's momentum,  is that the number of pending sales at the end of the first quarter of 2015, exceed 2014 first quarter pending sales by 26 properties!
We are starting to prepare for the busy summer selling season, so if you are considering property in Breckenridge, then let me put my experience to work for you.
