Land Title Guarantee Company just released their July 2014 Market Analysis.  A July highlight was that residential sales volume for the month had 158 transactions with $79,171,325 in gross dollar volume.  There were 12 properties that sold for $1 million and above.  The most active price point in July was higher than our previous few months at  $300K to $400K. There were 55 Single family, 103 Multi-family and 14 Vacant land transactions in July.

Land Title Guarantee Company just released their second quarter statistics for 2014.  Here are a few Summit County real estate statistics that you might find interesting.

  • The average residential sales price is up 7.57% from last years second quarter numbers
  • The average residential price per square foot is up 3.36% from last years second quarter numbers
  • Buyer's came from all over.  Locals made up 22.75% of the buyers, 41.86% of the buyers were from the Front Range, and 34.19% of buyers were from out-of-state.
