Each year, The Summit County Builders Association and The Summit Foundation collaborate to host the Parade of Homes. This unique event gives the public a rare opportunity to tour some of the most beautifully remodeled and newly built homes in the county. In its 27th year, the 2022 Parade features five homes with stops in Silverthorne, Keystone and Breckenridge. While the tour is a platform for builders, architects and designers to showcase their talents, it’s also your chance to see the most current materials, technologies and designs in the industry. And to collect great ideas for your own home!
This year’s event runs the weekends of September 17-18 and September 24-25.
Homes are staffed by volunteers and partial admission proceeds benefit The Summit Foundation.
