Overall, the Breckenridge residential real estate market has remained constant compared to 2013. Currently, year-to-date, the residential market is almost one percent ahead of last year. July 2014 saw similar sales numbers compared to the same time in 2013. The number of condos sold was the only property type that saw a decrease in the number of sales.Â
