The summer months proved to be amazing for the Breckenridge and Summit County real estate markets.  The inventory continues to diminish and the demand to live in the area is high!  Here are some Breckenridge and Summit County Real Estate Statistics.

  • August was the best gross volume that Summit County has on record and only surpassed the transactions in September 2014!  There was $142,534,040 in monetary volume and 267 transactions.
  • Year-to-date, themonetary volume  sold totals $798,835,243 with 1471 transactions.
  • Through the end of August 2015, Summit County real estate is up 37% in monetary volume and up 23% in the number of transactions sold compared to the same time period as 2014.
