- August was the best gross volume that Summit County has on record and only surpassed the transactions in September 2014! There was $142,534,040 in monetary volume and 267 transactions.
- Year-to-date, themonetary volume sold totals $798,835,243 with 1471 transactions.
- Through the end of August 2015, Summit County real estate is up 37% in monetary volume and up 23% in the number of transactions sold compared to the same time period as 2014.
