The summer real estate market in Breckenridge and Summit County has outperformed 2014! The July statistics show us that the Summit County real estate market was still a desirable location to purchase a home. Following are several statistics provided by Land Title Guarantee Company.
- From the first of the year through July 2015, the Summit County real estate is up 34% in monetary volume and up 22% in the number of transactions compared to same time frame as 2014.
- Year-to-Date for 2015, monetary volume was $656,301,203 with 1204 transactions.
- In the month of July, there were 162 residential properties that sold, grossing $89,743,100.
