The real estate summer selling season is in full swing!  The Breckenridge residential market has seen an almost 4 percent increase, year to date, in the number of properties sold heading in July.  The single family market in Breckenridge is 5 percent ahead of last year, with 105 homes sold compared to 100 in 2014.  Condos in the area are also seeing a great starting to the summer, with 114 sold in 2015.  Inventory levels continue to drop as people continue to want to own in Breckenridge.  In 2014, the residential market in Breckenridge had 521 active listings at the beginning of July compared to only 470 this year.  Pickings are slim, so now is a great time to purchase a home before the prices begin to increase!
