Breckenridge and Summit County Real Estate Market Outperforming 2014

The summer real estate market in Breckenridge and Summit County has outperformed 2014! The July statistics show us that the Summit County real estate market was still a desirable location to purchase a home. Following are several statistics provided by Land Title Guarantee Company.
- From the first of the year through July 2015, the Summit County real estate is up 34% in monetary volume and up 22% in the number of transactions compared to same time frame as 2014.Â
- Year-to-Date for 2015, monetary volume was $656,301,203 with 1204 transactions.
- In the month of July, there were 162 residential properties that sold, grossing $89,743,100.
