On your mark, get set, go!  The USA Pro Cycling Challenge is returning to Breckenridge this summer!  Some of the world’s best riders will return to Colorado for the renowned race.  Last year, the races drew more than one million fans and generated $130 million in economic impact for the entire state.  The race will take place from August 17th through the 23rd and will present several new challenges for the competitors.  There will be a new start to the race.  The stunning mountain town of Steamboat Springs will be where things kickoff and new host cities- A-Basin and Copper Mountain will be hosting Stage 2 finish and Stage 3 start.  The end of Stage 4 will take place in Breckenridge with a day followed by individual time trials.   Summit County will be the place to see most of the action!  Located at 9,600 feet above sea level, the elevation will test the riders with some of the most challenging terrain.  The 2015 USA Pro Cycling Challenge will create spectacular moments for the riders and fans.

Here are the stages of the 2015 USA Pro Cycling Challenge:

•Stage 1 | Monday, Aug. 17 – Steamboat Springs Circuit Race

•Stage 2 | Tuesday, Aug. 18 – Steamboat Springs to Arapahoe Basin

•Stage 3 | Wednesday, Aug. 19 – Copper Mountain Resort to Aspen

•Stage 4 | Thursday, Aug. 20 – Aspen to Breckenridge

•Stage 5 | Friday, Aug. 21 – Breckenridge Individual Time Trial

•Stage 6 | Saturday, Aug. 22 – Organizers are looking to the fans to determine the Stage 6 location.   

•Stage 7 | Sunday, Aug. 23 – Golden to Denver

Known as the largest sporting event in Colorado, the USA Pro Cycling Challenge is an event that you don’t want to miss. Additional details will continue to be released over the course of the next several months…so make sure to check back for the most up to date information!
