Land Title Guarantee Company just released their second quarter statistics for 2014. Here are a few Summit County real estate statistics that you might find interesting.
- The average residential sales price is up 7.57% from last years second quarter numbers
- The average residential price per square foot is up 3.36% from last years second quarter numbers
- Buyer's came from all over. Locals made up 22.75% of the buyers, 41.86% of the buyers were from the Front Range, and 34.19% of buyers were from out-of-state.
