The Breckenridge and Summit County statistics ended the year on a positive note.  The inventory levels continue to remain at an all time low and list prices continue to make their way higher.  Rounding out the year, there were 734 residential properties that sold in Breckenridge, which was an 11.72% increase compared to the end of 2014.  The Summit County residential market posted a 17% gain in the number of properties sold in 2015, with 2350 residential properties sold.
