Andrew Biggin has been the top selling partner at Breckenridge Associates Real Estate for 2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016. He is in the top 1% of performing brokers in the state with a Gross Dollar Volume of nearly $150 million in sales since the beginning of the recession at the end of 2007.
Andrew was born and educated in England and relocated to Breckenridge in 1984. He was President of Stewart Title of Summit County through 1993 before deciding to move into a full time career marketing and selling real estate. With a strong knowledge of the real estate industry already, it was a logical transition and has proven to be successful over the last 20 years.
He has been awarded Realtor Of The Year three times, in 1999,2002,2014 by the Summit Association of Realtors.

Active in the real estate community, Andrew has taken on many industry-related roles, both broadening and contributing his knowledge and resources. He was elected as the Breckenridge Director for the Summit Association of Realtors 1999, was President of the Summit Association of Realtors for 2002 and Mountain District Vice President of the Colorado Association of Realtors in 2005. Currently, Andrew is serving again as President/Chairman of the Summit Association of Realtors 2013/14/15 and on the Advisory Board for Corelogic, the largest MLS vendor in North America.
